Returns & Refunds

At BKIEO, ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return an item for any reason, rest assured, our hassle-free return and exchange service is entirely free. Please refer to our policy below for a seamless process.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Before initiating a return, please ensure that you meet the following conditions:

1. Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

2. Items must include their original bags, tags, and/or boxes and must not be worn, washed, or damaged.

3. Clearance items and final sale items are not returnable, or returnable for exchange only.

4. Free gifts are non-refundable or non-returnable.

 

SELF-SERVICE RETURN PROCESS

1. Log in to your BKIEO account at https://account.bkieo.com.

2. Select the order you want to return and initiate the return request.

3. Once your return request is approved, we'll email you an electronic return label and instructions to guide you through the return process.

4. Print the return label and give it to the carrier with the returned product for shipping back to our warehouse.

5. Upon receiving and verifying the returned product, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

 

EXCHANGE

After your return request is approved and the product is on its way back, inform us of the replacement item you desire. Once our warehouse team receives and verifies your return, we'll promptly send out the replacement product to you.

However, this process may take some time. For a quicker replacement, we recommend placing a new order after your return request is approved. The old order will be fully refunded upon receipt of the returned item.

 

REFUND

Upon return, your refund will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

Please allow at most 5 business days from when the goods are received at the handling center for refunds to be processed. Once the refund is completed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

SPECIAL CASES REQUIRING REFUND OR RESHIPMENT

1. Cancellation: Contact us through the online form promptly if you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped. Full refunds are only applicable if the order is canceled before shipment. 

2. Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

3. Item Not Received: If your package is still lost or missing, you must contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date of your order to file a claim. Please be sure you check with neighbors, roommates, family members or anyone else who may have been home at the time the package was delivered. BKIEO does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
